    • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as surgical instruments, sterilized tools, opened packaging, or any used products) cannot be exchanged for safety reasons.
    • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

    Proof of Purchase

    A valid order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt is required to process your exchange.

    Conditions for Exchange

    Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition
    • Sealed with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact
    • Returned with the original invoice
    • Products delivered in kits or boxes must be returned with their complete original packaging
