At The Doctors Shop, we’re committed to delivering your surgical and healthcare essentials quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following working day.

Customized Order Payment Policy

If your order includes customization (such as embroidery, engraving, or any other personalization), the following applies:

Advance Payment Requirement
- We require advance payment for customization charges.
- Once you place a customized order, we will wait 2 days for the advance payment to be completed.
If Advance Payment is Not Received
- If payment for customization is not made within 2 days, we will proceed with shipping your order without the customization.
- After delivery, we will automatically refund the customization charges (embroidery or engraving fees) back to you.
Refunds
- Refunds for unpaid customization will be processed to your original payment method after you receive your parcel.

Estimated Delivery Time

Nationwide (All across Pakistan): 2 - 6 business days
During sale or promotional events, deliveries may take 5–7 business days due to high order volume.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout, based on your location.
Orders above PKR 1500 may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).
